GECK Power-Up Crashing on Mod Load

I've been trying to figure out mod conversion, and I'm running into problems (as seems to be common for me.) FNVEdit works fine, now that I have it running through MO2, and I have the GECK Power Up set to run through MO2 as well. I can get it to open, and the Data screen shows all my loaded masters and plugins. However, when I try to open a plugin (in this case, I'm working through it with GNR Enhanced, following along with Roy's video) the GECK throws a series of errors and crashes.

Errors include:

QUESTS: Could not find previous info (01018DD) for TopicInfo (01011B23) in Topic 'NVDLC01RadioElijahEnd' (01011B12). Origin: 00596894

MASTERFILE: Form SPEL GhoulRadHeal (000617BE) in file TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm contains bad condition item data. Function 'fFurnitureMarker25DeltaX' is not a condition function. Origin: 004A4877

After this last error, GECK shuts down. Is there something I need to do to clear these errors, to ensure that the GECK loads properly?

GECK Extender supercedes the GECK Powerup. There's 2 downloads: 1 is a patcher, to set the GECK 4gb LAA and auto load NVSE like the 4gb patcher, and the other is a GECK Powerup type thing, but newer and with some options. Don't use them both at the same time though.
