Hello, as I was going through TTW I went and got Lincoln's Repeater and anytime I try to target anything in vats with it, it always comes up as 0%. I've checked the weapon with FNVedit and tried disabling all mods that dont conflict with TTW. I'm really perplexed at what could be causing this and was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they know how to solve it.
