Missing fallout 3 models and/or textures?

I have everything installed properly with some mods on top but when I go to play i get missing models. it's just everywhere in areas.

could it just be that the fallout - meshes2.bsa isn't active, i honestly don't know. Please help me.

What mod manager if any, what install method did you choose.

MO, and i did the not in main data folder install

alright, i think i figured it out, i just needed to have the bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 and SArchiveList=Fallout - Invalidation.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Meshes2.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa in the .ini. after setting those it no longer has the errors.

p.s. i don't know if i put this thread in the right place, but if it helps others in the future, that's all that matters.
