guide for new people to help them convert fo3 mods to ttw

hi i'm new to this forum.
first off i wanted to say thank you for creating ttw. i am a novice when it comes to creating mods and using the geck. i have never used the fnv geck before. i have played many mods on skyrim and fnv before. i wanted to know if there was a step by step guide to converting different mods from fo3 to ttw for personal use (i am not sure how to get permission properly but i don't want to steal any ones hard work either). the mods i specifically want to know about are:
a world of pain for fallout 3- https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17965

and this lesser known but still good one:

My old tutorial on youtube has most of the info you want. The only difference is the script is a bit different and you need FNVEdit beta 3.3.3+ from github.

@roybatty. hey i tried converting the gnr enhanced mod that was recommended to be an easy convert in the video you suggested here:

but once i get up to the part about using the geck to convert the mod by loading up gnrenhanced.esp plus all its masters (including fallout3.esm and falloutnv.esm and yupttw and taleoftwowastelands.esm .etc) it just crashes. i have tried the suggestions posted in the description of the video including changing the geckcustom.ini to bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1. it doesnt load up. i followed every other step correctly a far as i know but should i include all those masters? it just crashes to desktop. any help would be greatly appreciated as i have spent the last 1 and a half hours trying to learn/ troubleshoot all this.

just to help others out, i found out that for some reason i am having trouble loading taleoftwowastelands.esm in the geck either standalone or as part of a group. this is preventing me from converting mods for ttw. i can play the game however. is anyone else having this problem? i saw one other person posted about this.

If the GECK crahes when loading TTW use the GECK Extender and the 4GB patch, it's on Nexus, uploaded by Roy

You don't need to reinstall TTW, just install the plugins for the GECK, that's all.

okay so now i have a new issue :cry: and this might be an issue that only @roybatty can solve. i can use the regular geck without the extender to open falloutnv.esm however i can't open up taleoftwowastelands.esm in the Geck. it CTD's. so i try to use the Geck Extender and i do manage to patch my Geck with the extender... but when i open up the Geck i get the message:

Garden of Eden Creation Kit
Computer Name: J**** (i took this part out)
The script function list doesn't have all the names filled in.
Create D3D9 instance...SUCCESSFUL
NiDX9Renderer::Initialize> Attempting to create rendering device
NiDX9Renderer::Create> Using D3DFMT_X8R8G8B8 backbuffer format
NiDX9Renderer::Recreate> Using D3DFMT_X8R8G8B8 backbuffer format

the part about the script functions i don't get? i can still open the geck but this time i can't even open up falloutnv.esm. i thought i did everything right. i am new to all this geck but i am not new to file management as i have played a lot of skyrim mods. i am at my wits end and would geatly appreciate any help. i am sorry to complain a lot its just that i want to play this mod so bad and have spent a whole afternoon now trying to troubleshoot it. :(
