I don't think we did anything to the Kamikaze Trait or any other Trait to be honest. :o

This trait appears to just be broken in general, tried to fix it but it still doesn't work.

Isn't it just as simple as changing one variable? Sorry I am not into modding anymore so I am sorry if I am wrong. Maybe just remove the trait all together in the future if you cant fix it.

I was on my way to the Lincoln Memorial and paused and went away accidentally leaving the game run for about 2 hours (not sure if that's the reason) and came back to finish of Head of State when the slaver bodies where getting stuck in place when killed and the Lincoln Memorial itself had no clipping (everything else did) I went to kill the last slaver when his body stretch so far the game crashed also the A3-21 Plasma Rifle is silent and during this strange time its shots where frozen in place.

1. There's 2 pieces of rubble slightly misplaced (floating) around Rivet City, in that same area there's a mismatch of 2 ground rock textures ( i don't know if it's just the way i's supposed to be or if there's something indeed wrong, since i'ts a big visual difference) and you also can see through a underwater rock mesh.
2. Couple of Misplaced (floating) objects.
3. There's a pre-war book that doesn't group itself with the others.
4. 2 posters and a couple of debris on the ground (including pieces of paper) that disappear as you walk closer to them.
5. A piece of rubble gets through the wall and there's a piece of paper ruble that's on the edge of a sidewalk.
6. Couple of meshes that you can see through it.
7. There's a bug with the frag mine's displayed weight and value when picking them up ? It shows the weight of my last picked weapon, in this case was the assault carbine, so when picking it up it shows 6 wg and a value of 1610 caps.
8. On the last 2 screenshots if you walk away that hole appears on the railroad, there's 2 different ref id's as pointed by the mouse.

I think i covered more or less everything, sometimes it's hard explaining all the issues, especially when it's a bunch of screenshots. :P

I was having some framedrops in the Fairfax ruins, especially near the building with the Lamplight Caverns billboard on it. The issue still occurred with a completely vanilla install. Looking around the area, I noticed a lot of the building's corners had see-through gaps, as well as some of the other buildings in the ruins.

Yeah I am aware of Fairfax, also around Roosevelt HS, Bethesda Ruins, and Point Lookout dock. They are all areas on my to-do list later for optimization.

I really appreciate the screenshots, I fixed the things that I can.

Some notes:

Can you use a better image host like maybe imgur? The pics are really badly degraded in quality to jpeg max compression and it's sometimes hard to make out the formid.

formid's that start with FF are temporary and I can't do anything about those.

Sometimes you click on debris from car explosions hehe, that's the cap looking things.

I can't fix landscape texture seams, it creates too much incompatibilities to edit landscape. The models with vertex normal issues like the rocks however I can fix at some point.

There are something like 18 different books, they won't always stack.

I don't know about the mine thing, that's not vanilla display.

There's a bug when applying mods to the laser pistol.

If you apply the laser pistol sights and then the recycler, the sights are removed from the pistol.

Not a game breaking bug because - I think - the sights of the majority of weapons were remade and they are accurate enough now.
Meaning where you aim your gun is where the projectile will go, that's it.

Just letting you guys know.
