Got a bug in Dead Money, getting the generic "What do you need?" from the hologram cashier and black (or rather the absence of) shaders on all the casino holograms.
The shader issue can be fixed in-game if upon restoring generator power you exit the casino into the main lobby, make a save, quit, and resume from that save. The cashier issue there doesn't seem to be a temporary workaround for, although it looks like a previously reported bug. I've checked xEdit and there's no overwrites from other mods on the cashier, unless there's something affecting dialogue packages in general that I'm unaware of.

The cashier was fixed in 3.2.2 , update.

I've made a better fix now that fixes "what do you need" with most of the DLC.

The shader bug occurs when loading a game while in the casino, go back to the lobby save, exit and reload and then reenter the casino. There's nothing I can do about this, the way that is scripted makes it extremely difficult to fix like I did the ghouls and aliens.

How strange, I'm on version 3.2.2 but still got the bug. Maybe it is a mod problem.

That is possible, topic conditions are not merged at runtime. I have made better fixes for 3.2.3 as jazz made me a dialogue debugging function.
