Just noticed that Lincoln's Repeater only takes FNV .32 Rifles and not the DC versions. Unsure if this is intended.

The door from History Museum Entrance to Museum Lower halls is missing. I can console to the lower halls, then open the door leading to the entrance and see nothing

The Lincoln's Repeater is indeed being repaired with Hunting Rifles but not with .32 Rifles.

DL latest version of FNVEdit 4.01. How do I check for conflicts? Looked at FO3 doors, cannot find museum door.

I am afraid I am hopeless at this. I know just enough to break my game but not enough to fix it. Story of my life. :|

Sorry, I assumed you would already have FNVEdit ready to go, since most users these days have it already.
My advice is for you to watch the great video tutorial about installing and setting up FNVEdit, made by GamerPoets. It is much better than what I could type here:

You can skip the TTW Scripts part of that video, since that is aimed at people who are advanced users and want to convert mods for TTW.

After you set Edit up, you run it, load the same plugins that you're using in your game load order and check for conflicts in the Museum cells.
To find the cells quickly, try typing their FormID in the box on the top left (in Edit). The museum entrance cell should be 06074eb2 and the lower hall cell should be 0601851f.
You can then see if any mods you have are altering those cells, by looking at the right section of Edit:

You can see that in my TTW (picture above), only Fallout3.esm, BrokenSteel.esm and TaleOfTwoWastelands.esm are affecting the Museum Entrance cell.

Hope that makes sense. I am typing this with just one hand since I can only use one at the moment. :lol:

Found the conflict (It was Delay Broken Steel) and removed it.

Reduced mods to 130

Again, Thank You. Would never have found cell ID on my own.

P.S. I am a two finger typist. Just out of curiosity, why typing with one hand? My perverted sense of humor gives me a reason. I hope it is wrong. :lol:

I want to give water to the water beggars outside Tenpenny Tower, Rivit City, & Megaton but I don get the dialogue option to give them some. My options are : "No" and "Go F*** yourself".

If this is not a bug can you provide me with the form ID so I can see where the conflict is?
