I'll check around NCRCF if there is any random encounter spawns, there is one in NV but I disabled it already that I know of.

Dismemberment thing is known, can't fix.

Caravan thing is known, engine bug.

Not sure if it's a bug per se, but how close is the nearest spawn point to Megaton? The only mod that I can think of that I have that would possibly affect spawn points is AWOP, but I've opened the gate to leave Megaton and immediately gotten ambushed by several particularly nasty things right off the bat such as an Albino Radscorpion, and just today, an Army Sentry Bot blew me up with a Missile before the area fully appeared after the loading screen.

I've also noticed things have been spawning right on top of the lookout where the sniper is, which was amusing at first but got rather irritating on its own.

If it's something in regular TTW, then this seemed like the right place to post this. If it's something from AWOP, then I guess I'll post this there as well.

There's a spawn point just to east a bit, stuff wanders over there. When it respawns (from leveled list) it spawns in the same place the last thing died. So you can drag the dead body away somewhere (like springvale) to stop that.

There is no voice filter for few Chris Haversam lines over intercom. All way down in basement next to window where you see "Great Journey" rockets. Also that conversation should not be happening since I did not visit him or Jason Bright in person yet. (save329)

Dr. Adda Straus in Novac does not register that you have bottlecaps when you ask her to cure addiction. (save327)
First time I see her "no bottlecaps" response, pretty funny ^^

Edit: Also I noticed that GNR Pip-Boy radio is way too loud, both 3-dog and music. I set radio volume in options so that I can normally hear radios around in wasteland, but then when I turn on Pip-Boy one it just overshadows all other sounds in game. Radio New Vegas is much more balanced both on Pip-Boy and around Mojave Wasteland. I set New Vegas one to certain volume and it's just right for both Pip-Boy and Wasteland, no need adjustments. Game soundtrack (Inon Zur's one, not radio songs) in DC is also louder compared to New Vegas.

Edit2: This Enclave Officer Uniform(0013F3A3) is still on AllPowerArmor list(0016A0DE)

Hey.
I found that some NPC , more noticble the traders of rivet city, are stay in the cell of their room and will not come to market to sell. Even if you wait few days.
It can be fixed by entering the cell where they sleep and then they will "refresh" and start coming to market and sell.
For exmaple in the rivet city market there are:
2 weapons (shrapnel and the other guy)
bannon
chems
stockholm
and food seller,

6 guys, any time I enter to market, 2/6 are not present and stuck in they rooms until I revisit them.

This is not that bad, but the same thing can happen to quest NPC. For example, I NEVER saw Harkness in the market as he stuck in the deck where he sleeps.
Same can happen to other quest NPC, and this can be lead to lost quests(or quest stages) and broken quests.

I fixed most of that a long time ago. The only problem right now is Henry won't go fix stuff because the patrol package can't be used on furniture markers anymore it seems. This will happen again if you have mods that edit the NPCs/Packages and don't forward the fixes in TTW. Before reporting such things, make sure it's not a mod you are using.

Fixed the AllPowerArmor list, it had some other invalid too, like the scientist outfit, broken PA and Tesla FX.

Will check Strauss.

Dunno about Come Fly With Me, will check, might be some conflict with YUP I missed.

Won't re-encode the radio songs, feel free to do so on your end.

I get crash when ever I try to enter "The Mall" cell/s and Columbus Circle. Looks like new JIP LN plugin crashes game because of bad script as you explained Roy. Temp reverted to previous version and cells loaded then. I got bunch of warnings that I should use newest JIP LN patch (was even called doo doo head :cry: ) so I guess it's not safe to play a bit with older version till script fix? (save 401)

Old Lady Gibson has wrong voice line to one of her responses. Ask her about thrust control modules and then say "Never Mind", sub and her mouth movement say "Okay" but voice line is "A pleasure doing business with you." This could also be because of Mobile Truck Base mod since it adds conversation about buying truck from her. (save 329)

When you sabotage Great Journey with Chris Haversam he goes directly to Novac instead of confronting you with "What have I done!" dialog. (save 332)

Hi, i've been gathering screenshots for a while, huh, it's mostly the same as before, gaps and floating rocks here and there, there's also some litter on the ground that vanishes as you walk by. I've compressed a .rar file with 41 screenshots in .bmp for maximum quality.

Note: There might be, perhaps, some issues that were already fixed since some screenshots are 3 months old as i don't have much time to play as i've had before, therefore i'll keep on gathering them until i reach a substancial number of screenshots. :D

Problems with Come Fly with Me should be reported on YUP, I haven't touched any NV quests.

I already fixed the generic dialogues in the next patch (hellos, goodbyes), this was actually vanilla NV bugs and would happen in DLCs too, I checked.

jipnvse will probably get fixed this weekend.
