So I double checked and even with vsync my fps was 140+. I enabled bManageFPS in Stutter Remover to cap the game to 60 fps and that seemed to have fixed the issue. Still not sure what prompted the change to how vsync works or if something is overriding it but thank you for your help.

This, look at her neck. Her inventory. Think it's because of helmet. It's that sack thingy covering whole head so probably this bug happens when blowing off head.

Dead body near Big Town is blinking.

Also question: Does traveling in between wastelands always take 4 years or just first time?

The "mask" thing is known, it's a problem with how they are rigged and it cannot be fixed as it's an engine issue.

Blinking dead bodies is also an engine bug, there's another by the nuka machine at a gas station near the clifftop shack.

Is there a way to bypass the Moira bug at the Megaton Ruins? She initiates dialogue with me all the time in a loop but I can't talk with her about why she is a ghoul. That usual moves her to underworld. I also can't use her trader inventory. Already tried to disable and enable her but didn't change anything. Maybe a quest setstage command fixes it?

We'll have to test this, I tested it after fixing the issue of her dialogue not working at all. I used the same technique that Yuki did. Perhaps I need to set a goodbye flag or something on her dialogue, I will check.

Is anyone here to help?I installed the no-modding automatic install but I still get the red diamonds missing texture meshes..The audio is now fixed and works fine but this problem still persists..

The problem could be several things, but it's likely that FalloutCustom.ini is not working correctly, open it in a text editor and copy the entire line for sArchiveList, open up Fallout.ini and overwrite the Fallout.ini with it and save.

The ini files are located in My Documents\My Games\FalloutNV

I dont have a fallout custom ini created with that method with no mod manager.Can you provide me the lines to create one?I have installed and reinstalled those games 5 times now and the problem still persists..

Are you running the installer as administrator, it's very bizarre that the FalloutCustom.ini is not being created. If that isn't, I suspect other files are also not.

I noticed earlier in TTW 3.2 that the red Space Suit from the REPCONN facility near NOVAC in Mojave cannot be worn at all by female characters.

(IIRC, in vanilla FNV female characters can wear the Space Suit, but it has male body model.)
