Sure you're not using a mod?
I'm using your tweaked jsawyer mod, TTW Quick Start, No-faction warning, a mod that bypass the lockpick/hacking minigames and Nevada Skies.
For textures the only ones I have are Wasteland Clothing HD, a retex for tupertine and the varios meds and Vanilla UI Plus.

I'll check the jsawyer patch, that's the issue I bet.

I really appreciate the screenshots, I fixed the things that I can.

Some notes:

Can you use a better image host like maybe imgur? The pics are really badly degraded in quality to jpeg max compression and it's sometimes hard to make out the formid.

formid's that start with FF are temporary and I can't do anything about those.

Sometimes you click on debris from car explosions hehe, that's the cap looking things.

I can't fix landscape texture seams, it creates too much incompatibilities to edit landscape. The models with vertex normal issues like the rocks however I can fix at some point.

There are something like 18 different books, they won't always stack.

I don't know about the mine thing, that's not vanilla display.
I've tried imgur before and would've prefered it because i can get a single link out of it with all the screenshots and it's easier for you too, but for some reason it got stuck one time when i tried to upload a huge amount of screenshots, i'll give it a shot next time. On the other hand i like this one i used because it doesn't compress the quality like imgur does, tough imgur it gets the job done, you are however seeing it blurry because after you click on a screenshot you must also click "Load full resolution" which is displayed in the middle or simply click on the download button below to view in like fullscreen, i know it's not practical, though. I'll figure it out how to mass upload on imgur, maybe all i really have to do is just wait a long time for it to upload. :)

Oh, so that little thing is from a car explosion ?

About the frag mine issue, turns out it's a bug on the Better Pickup Prompt mod, i'll report it there.

Thanks for all the info, Roy! It's the least i can do after all the massive work you guys have put into making this happen, i'm having a blast! :D

I was unable to find that bush near Dunwich, if you could find it again and point straight down on it to get the formid I would appreciate it.

Same two bugs I encoutered in two different playthroughs.

The first one is the mutants firing at the raiders close to Farragut West station usually dive into the water and stay there.
Sometimes this happens with the raiders too.

The second one is the super mutant guarding a captive at a camp also close to Farragut West station is not there.

Anyone can confirm these two bugs?

That's the work of a mod incompatibility most likely, because i never experienced that, both situations worked as intended.

Not sure if this is a bug, or TTW 3.2 game design as intended, but I have been mostly through F3 quests, explored a lot, shopped at all of the merchants, done most of the sidequests and F3 DLCs up to the point right before launching an attack to retake the purifier with Lyons BOS.. and I have not seen one single Hunting Rifle .308 anywhere - Not in the shops, not as loot, nope, nada - Only the .32 Rifles everywhere and the only .308 rifle available has been the Sniper Rifle. I was able to purchase weapon mods for the .308 hunting rifle from the merchants, but the .308 rifle itself has not been available at any point between xp levels 1 and 68. As a sidenote, I've even found something like a dozen .50 cal Anti-Materiel rifles as loot on Talon mercs. Has Hunting Rifle .308 caliber been removed from Capital Wasteland side of TTW 3.2, and if it has been, why?

Setup as before; GOG versions, MO1 install of TTW 3.2, standard load order plus level99 with perk every level and enhanced camera - Nothing else.

Yes. The .308 Hunting Rifle is not available in the Capital Wasteland.
Why was it removed? Because the Fallout New Vegas one would be redundant in the Capital Wasteland.
TTW is attempting to keep Fallout 3 balance feel and Fallout New Vegas balance feel. So it was necessary to put back the FO3 Hunting Rifle (which is less powerful and easily available right from leaving Vault 101) instead of a quite more powerful .308.

The .308 Hunting Rifle is a more powerful rifle that doesn't really fit with the Capital Wasteland balance.

Also we would have to alter the FO3 side of TTW more, by having available 2 hunting rifles, while the .308 would be redundant, since we can find Sniper Rifles in FO3 quite easily, and since .308 ammo is kinda rare, there would be no point in adding another rifle that uses it but is inferior to the Sniper Rifle.
