I've been hoping to get this one to work with TTW, but it seems it's beyond my ability.

It seems to work fine in vanilla New Vegas, but the scripts dont seem to run in TTW.

I looked at this, and the reason it doesn't start is that like a number of NV mods, it's checks to see if you're done talking to the Doc first. He gives you the pip boy, but instead of looking for the pip boy, they check the NV main quest status. If you change the script to check for a pip boy instead, it works just fine... maybe. This is one of the pip boy replacer mods that don't just change the mesh and/or texture, it replaces the pip boy altogether. As such, it will probably have problems with Tranquility Lane, where the pip boy gets removed, then added back later.
