Can someone please help me...like i have all of this installed but it is crashing my game when i start a new game...sigh is the load order important......

Combo.esm or Combo AWOP,esm, (One or the other)
Followers Go Home.esm,
Mad Bomber.esm
Mojave Express Boxes.esp.

Chucksteel, I want to let you know if you didn't already that you posted the link to the nmc large patch twice, for both the large and medium pack on this site. The nexus page is fine.

TTW Interiors Core v4.3: (02/16/19)
Required for all TTW Interiors Project mods,
Minor Bugfix pass,
Updated Ghoul Meshes,
Breaks up archive into Meshes, Textures Archives,
Adds, TTWInteriors_Core - Meshes.override so that the Bailey's Crossing Metro landscape meshes work properly.
Removed Followers go home voice files,
No more loose files!
TTW Interiors Project v6.2 & AWOP v6.2: (02/16/19)
Minor Bug fixes,
Fixed custom DC ghouls, they now use the correct skeleton,
Fixed random -Z objects in the Lucky 38 player home,
Fixed Sink Auto Doc Script,
Fixed Sink Bio Research Station Script,
Fixed DC audio markers to play the correct FO3 music,
Set DC and NV specific loading screens for all interiors,

The core download contains TTWInteriorsProject_Combo.esm and not TTWInteriors_Core.esm here and on the nexus.

The combo file has the mojaveexpress boxes file in it
