Because that was for 3.2. You need one for 3.3.

Im no longer supporting AWOP NV due to far too many changes and reversions of things I fixed.
I plan to fork it and make my own version with my fixes restored and properly leveled since the current maintainers are against me doing that. I will also probably work with Dante and Hermit to clean up and rewrite dialogue, add some more quests and get it all voiced.
