This mod attempts to make the downtown D.C. area feel more post apocalyptic, by adding things like vehicles, rubble, craters etc. However, the changes are not too extensive at the moment.

Yes I know Devestated is spelled wrong, left it for compatibility reasons.

You do not need the original mod, the link is provided for you to download and endorse the mod. The conversion is all you need for Tale of Two Wastelands.

mo2 is giving me a flag, "missing masters: DCStreet.esm", is this a problem or something i can ignore?
*edit solved intro street bus and alignment is dcstreet.esm
