Can’t move after ending slideshow

So basically when I went to finish the game I got fawkes to go into room and turn on the purifier on it played the ending slideshows big after there done I just stand there in the controll room and I can’t move only look around i would be very grateful for any help I could get

I've had the same issue from time to time in the past even when playing just FO3. Can't remember exactly what the cause of this happening was. Maybe somebody will post a true fix for it. But what I ended up doing was to do a save right right before going into the room. Then if it hung I'd just restart the save. This often worked for me though sometimes I needed to do the process a couple of times. But eventually for whatever reason it would move on to the Broken Steel DLC.
