Super Mutants in DC not firing Incenerator or Minigun

Hi all! I am having a bit of an issue with the DC area super mutants, specfically the brutes and masters, not firing their weapons. From what I've been able to find online, these Mutants will not fire their weapons unless they have the correct animations for them. I have downloaded/installed hitmans mutant animation beta pack, and the mutant animation pack by toastie on the FO3 nexus.

These packs fixed some previous issues I had with mutants not firing their weapons (namely weapons from the new millenia pack), but they dont seem to have fixed my problem here. My best guess is that the mutants are unable to use the incinerator as it is not a default FO3 weapon, with that game only having the Heavy Incenerator. Iv'e tried going into FNVEdit and removed the Incenerator weapon from their form list (SuperMutantWeapons), but they still seem to spawn with them in game. Is there another area I should remove the weapons from the super mutants from in FNVEdit? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
