That's extremely bizarre, I used all those mods together with out an issue.
Ikr, welcome to my world, also something I noticed is when eve loads by itself, aka no Project Nevada, the Aliens that spawn with Disintegrators act like the gun is part of their hand, even once killed, the gun is glued to their hand, until another alien picks it up, once they pick it up, it acts like a Pistol (??). Eve as Default (or loaded before Project Nevada), when aliens pick up the gun, they CAN use it, only not correctly). Before the Aliens spot me and before they "pull out" the disintegrator, they walk around like normal aliens.
HOWEVER:
When loaded AFTER PN (with the TTW patch), the aliens who pick up the gun now statue with the gun between their legs and do not fire back.

again, from what I see, the TTW PN patch seems to change 1handpistol/dlc05alienpistol.nif, which makes me think maybe it's... for some reason, using a pistol anim for a weapon that really shouldn't be like that, perhaps I am wrong, I am not so mod savvy with this engine.

I know its weird to ask but if there a properly compiled zip you can send me of EVE set up as it should be so that I can test if its my eve download and installtion itself? I already endorsed and downloaded the files.

Yeah dunno, maybe it was an issue that I fixed via my merged patch.

Best to learn the use of FNVEdit and solve whatever conflict there is.

I don't support anything for 2.9.x anymore, I've moved on to 3.x since 2+ years and already expect none of the old stuff will work and will need updates or plain remade from scratch which I am not exactly inclined to do.
