Anyone know what's gone wrong that Megaton and everyone in it is invisible?

If you have Windows 10, don't use NVSR. A common symptom of trouble with NVSR in Windows 10 is freezing after several minutes.

I'd also try it without Freeside Open or Strip Open. Get it working, then add mods.

Thanks for the reply i'll reinstall and avoid NVSR and the strip/freeside open. No problems with NVAC on windows 10? Hopefully it'll work for me


Update: removed it using NMM and entered Megaton everything seemed to work fine. Thanks v much

Hello just like to thank anyone helping me and having the patience as this is all a bit new to me. I keep having crashes/freezing every 5-10 minutes at different points. Just walking around, entering a building and sometimes when i load the game up it reaches the title screen with the ranger and the menu doesn't pop up.

I installed TTW with FOMM (also got NVSE through the install) and did the hotfix too.
I have NVSR, YUP, New Vegas uncut and freeside open installed using NMM.
Patched to 4GB and have manually installed NVAC and used Loot to get my load order correct. Also used FNVEdit (a tutorial on youtube) to make sure all yellow boxes on Loot are solved.

All this which i understand isn't a lot of mods but the game keeps crashing to the point it's unplayable to me. I haven't even met Moira yet.

As far as computers go my custom made PC can handle Fallout 4 maxed out so i don't think it's a performance problem. I use windows 10. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated and if i knew how to get the crash log or what it's called i'd post it here too.

If you're using Windows 10, the crashing may very well come from that.
