Found out a temporary way to get the files. Use waybackmachine to get the download link and you should be able to download it.

We're releasing 3.2 soon, the entire process has been updated.

I'm not wasting time supporting 2.9 anymore, so just be patient.

Huh, well, I'm really super excited about the new version of TTW coming out whenever it's ready, but I'm glad I saved a copy of the old TTW conversion pack zip file just in case for some reason or another I may need to load up the older version of TTW. You may never know lol! I'd share a link to the file but I'm not sure if it's allowed. In any case, I can't wait to check out the new version, again, whenever it may be ready!!
