Ttw how to install dc color map

How do I go about installing such a mod? I tried fo3 version on fomod and I got a ctd when I went to look at map

Thanks will have a go tonight. The map mod that's on here is so high detailed my game freezes for a couple of seconds everytime I go to look at it
