Wow, I feel like an idiot. Thank you jlf65. At first I didn't recognize that mod, but you were right, I did accidentally delete the mesh files because I had merged this mod with several others using Merge Plugins, but I did not copy the assets into the new mod, so when I removed the original to save on space, my new esp was looking for something that was no longer there. All I had to do was just reinstall the mod but disable the esp, and everything looks good now. Again, thanks to everyone that responded.

I don't merge my mods into 1 like that anymore specifically for that reason. If I uninstall/reinstall them at some point later I forget that it's not just 1 mod and end up with a partially installed mess. Better to install each one separately if you're using MO in my opinion. Or if you do merge them, copy everything into 1 zip file before putting it into the download directory in MO so you can actually install it in 1 step rather than using MO to merge mods into 1.

In my more recently made
In my more recently made merged mods, I actually placed the newly created mod underneath all of the mods it encompasses, and if any of those mods have assets along with an esp, I make sure I just copy them now as well to try and avoid this issue. With the gas pumps, it was actually a merge that I did because of this tutorial, and as such, I wasn't really thinking future too much since I was just following directions. I actually try to avoid merging mods that have assets, unless they're all related to each other (patch and compatibility esps, etc). Thankfully, I'm not too much of an idiot, and this problem being solved with your guys help will hopefully allow me to avoid having a similar issue in the future.
