CASM with MCM Conflict: Tenleytown/Friendship station

Bug:

Can't quicksave with CASM when in FriendshipMetro02 - Tenleytown/Friendship station. The MCM menu has been patched.

String lengths overflowing

String lengths overflowing buffers is a big problem in Fallout. I ran into that AGAIN when making an FWE compliant version of my FO4 soda replacer for FO3 - adding the FWE effects to the flavors made the effects display strings too long resulting in CTD. Had to install Abbreviated Effects again to keep it from crashing. It wouldn't surprise me any that this is an issue everywhere in the game, especially save strings.
