No changes to load order, game crashes on load

So I got my load order for TTW configured just how I liked it, and played it pretty regularly some months ago. But in the months that I haven't touched it, nothing has changed. No files got moved, no new mods were downloaded, no changes were made to my load order, nothing. And yet now, when I launch the game through FNV4GB like I always have, the game crashes as soon as I load into the game. I can get past the title screen and click continue or load a different save, the game crashes right after the loading screen. I ran loot, and it gives me the same number of warnings I always had before when the game was running fine. I tried unchecking all unnecessary mods in NMM and running the game, but it just loaded me into the ground texture and crashed as soon as I tried firing a shot. I have no idea if this is a TTW issue or just a New Vegas instability issue, but it's immensely frustrating. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Any idea what's suddenly gone wrong? I've probably updated my graphics card drivers since, but I can't think of anything else that could've screwed this up or how to fix it.

If you have an nvidia card it's a known driver issue. If that's the case the next driver update should fix it.

That's kind of a relief. With my mod list, troubleshooting is a bit of an issue.

Yeah, because no matter how you do it, it will ALWAYS be the last mod you try that was causing the problem. Seriously. I've turned them off by halves (binary search pattern), turned them off one by one both directions, turned them off by age, turned them off randomly, and it's ALWAYS the last one.

Well I HOPE its the last one that you try that's giving you issues. You might be a bit silly to continue trying to find the problem after you fixed it

My graphics driver updated... but the problem still hasn't changed. Could it be something with my ENB causing the malfunction, maybe?

There will likely be no fix. Uninstall Windows 10 anniversary update.

How do I do that? I basically can't update my Windows anymore if I wanna play TTW? That's lame. What was it about the anniversary update that causes the error?

Microsoft broke the windows driver development kit by changing something with how video cards report the capabilities. This hasn't changed in more than a decade, but you know microsoft, they don't care. Remember when they broke DirectX 10 and never fixed it? :)
