Tried loading JIP, Lutana, Jsawyer and MCM into my game, and none of them worked.

Post by Driskoll127 » Tue May 24, 2016 4:19 am

Other than these files I tried to download, I have nothing in my load order except TTW Main. I think I did JIP first, then Lutana, then MCM and last Jsawyer and it's TTW patch. None of the mods worked as far as I could tell. I'm using Mod Organizer. When I loaded Jsawyer and it's patch, as well as MCM it gave me an error, something about not being able to find their respective .esp's but they're in the packets I checked. Anyone got a clue what's going on?

So the MCM module isn't able

Post by Mystical Panda » Tue May 24, 2016 12:45 pm

So the MCM module isn't able to locate the esp's associated with it's corrosponding sub menu. I don't have enough experience yet with all the mods you've mentioned from on inside/out perspective, but it sounds like your describing:

1) MCM is recognizing data from the esp, or at least a loose file (menu item maybe) from the MCM mod's folder, since it's asking about a corrosponding esp being missing.

2) The MCM module is unable to locate the esp.

I remember renaming an esp and the menu for that esp completely disappeared, so it must be hardcoded somewhere, I'd venture to guess. After changing it back to it's original name the menu appeared. Not sure if that's the cause your having, but it's the only behavioral relation program wise I can think of to help track downt the problem.

My load order is just the base game's default (with all dlc), but ending with the TTW main. That's it.

I looked at MCM, but you got mad and left before I could help.

MCM has a C# scripted fomod installer, is your MO up to date? Maybe tannin broke it again. It's possible to install it manually via dragging stuff into the MO mods folder but you have to extract it first and delete some things out of it, as well as put the update esp in the package.

I don't see any Fallout 3 files there, you can't run TTW without having the Fallout 3 converted files in that load order too.
