Giant Tree in National Mall

So, I've been using Vurt's Floral Overhaul and I usually do fertile, but after doing a clean install due to Body by Race causing conflicts I decided to use the complete devastation version. Upon fast traveling to the Museum of Technology and killing a few super mutants I happened to notice a very large tree, upon further inspection I realized it's almost 500+ feet tall. Is that normal or did some kind of super tree grow in the middle of the Mall? (I apologize in advance if this is the wrong area to post this.)

TTW didn't place an exceptionally tall tree in the mall, if that's what you were implying.

Vurts's models are already gargantuan, so maybe there's a very tall tree (albeit, still within certain limits using vanilla meshes) there already.

I knew it wasn't from ttw, and I just reactivated it and seen that the Floral Overhaul does add much larger trees. Now I feel a bit of a ditz for even posting this. I did the lite edition And the Mega Tree is gone. Apologies for wasting forum space and people's time.
