Alright well there's only so much we can do to help. I'd recommend seeing if there's two Fawkes and starting a new save to see if the problem persists after uninstalling.

I will see what happens with
I will see what happens with my file, and see how it is in a new game, make my karma really high with purified water, turn on god mode and no clipping, add Mysterious Magnum, do all of the story til im outside raven rock and and try to recruit Fawkes, but thats still gonna take a while even with all that
