That fix is already in TTW,
That fix is already in TTW, so it's your bash patch screwing it up. Delete the entire dialogue tree, there is no need for a patch to ever mess with the dialogue tree.

There's other stuff in your bash patch that probably shouldn't be there either. Quest (certainly not), Book, Light, Script (certainly not), Texture Set.
