Occasional crashes, need help

I'm using Mod Organizer and have NVSE installed properly. About every 20-30 minutes of playtime, always when I go through a door (either going in or coming out, doesn't matter), I hit an infinite loading screen, or CTD. I haven't attempted to clean any of these in FNVEdit, I'm assuming most of them are already. I have edited the .ini files as is appropriate for each mod. I have the item packs (caracvan, Classic, etc) after Zeta but before TTW as is required by the More Perks mod. I'm not using any texture mods.

I'm running an i5 3570K (no OC), 32GB RAM, and a 6GB Nvidia 770, on Windows 7 SP1.

I actually just followed the performance guide after making this thread, but it didn't help. I started a new game (I always do when I mod files) and as soon as I zoned into the Super-Duper Mart, the game froze and crashed.

Did you install NVAC?

Using FNV4GB Updated?

Do you have any mods that... Replace collision meshes? Replace ragdolls? Replace textures?
