Help needed with ENB working with TTW *Fixed*

I've been playing TTW with ENB of the Apocalypse http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50782/? in the Mojave and it runs fine, but when I go to DC I can see walls through walls (that irony). This happens in areas like the DC ruins and megaton but only when I'm below ground like beside a hill or a perfect example megaton when I'm anywhere but the entrance otherwise I'm not getting issues.
