JIP CC&C no longer needs any other plugins, to my knowledge. It has integrated support for TTW, loads images based on the companion name, etc. Basically, update your mods to the latest version on nexus and only use that.

Funny question, but... Could my issue be Mod Organizer? I mean, I don't see how, but I don't know a lot about the program, other then it's very good with Skyrim, and I've only just started using it with FNV.
Also, I got rid of the TTW JIP CC&C, and still issues.
