Project Nevada Rebalanced Issue

I'm not sure why, and I can't seem to find a fix, but Project Rebalanced seems to not be working correctly for me.


I have it set up to give me a perk every level (and it's been that way since I started the game) but it still only gives me a perk every 2 levels instead.


I can't figure out why, and I can't seem to find a fix for it anywhere...

You're probably getting a

You're probably getting a script incompatibility between the PN Rebalance, Rebalance Complete, and Rebalance Uncapped Max Level. In fact I know that last one is incompatible with Rebalance Complete, so remove that and try again.


When in doubt, start disabling mods until you find the problem.

I've been fiddling around, and I think it's CCO. I'm not sure exactly what is being overwritten, or stopping it, but I started to do the "One Mod at a Time" thing, and CCO was the mod that messed it up...


Anyways, I'm not sure what in CCO is doing the overwriting, but I'm going to do a bit more testing and figure it out, then I think, after that, I'm going to to restart my playthrough, for safety reasons. (Luckily I'm not that far in.)

I have disabled every part of the CCO mod, one at a time. The only time I was able to get the feature to work was when I disabled CCO - Gameplay Changes.esm... which means, most likely, that a patch isn't working, or a Patch was never made to allow for that, and the reason that I was able to get that to work at the start of my short playthrough was because I had the two out of order...


If the second part of that is true, then damn.
