Help with Right Load Order

Are you using the German version of the game? or another version like the ENCZPLRU version?

Im using the german version of New Vegas and the english of fallout 3 but i used a translator so i have german text and english voices.

The german no gore version is incompatible with TTW.

So i just switch the language in steam to english and it should work ? I try it out.

Ok i changed language to english still i can use my items but they dont dissappear and i can use them again.

I believe you need to rebuild TTW now that you've got the Gorey version.

So reainstalled TTW but still my items wont disappear after i used them and i can use them again and again.

And i still cant pick up items form boxes and stuff like this.

The German no gore version is incompatible no matter what language you set it to. The ESM files are different fundamentally, so is the EXE for the game. A lot of mods and most NVSE plugins are not compatible with it either. I'm afraid there is no *legitimate* way for you to get TTW working with the version you have.
