Just to confirm an answer for anyone who winds up here. The FNV version is automatically supported, for TTW is basically FNV with FO3 molded into it using the FNV game engine.
As far as porting things for FO3 use within TTW is out of my scope to properly answer, considering its not a FO3 mod you're running a conversion script on.
I'd say keep checking the existing TTW Converted mods list and downloads.
