You should start a new game/character if you just installed TTW Fixes. Run the game with a bare-bones TTW install, clean save near the Super-Duper Mart, then start adding your mods in until the game crashes, you should load the save after each mod you install. If it doesn't crash after installing a mod, quit the game without saving then add another. This should help you find the culprit mod that is crashing your game. Make sure you reference that Load Order Guide I linked.
Oh and don't just disable any unused mods, physically delete them from the Data folder. You should have backups of them anyway.
If that fails, you could try using the latest FOMM (if you aren't already), that's what I run my game with and it works flawlessly.
