Distributing a .esp that works with TTW would be fine I think. You just need the original meshes/textures/etc to be obtained the original way.

I actually converted an merged the outcast and t51b armors too for T3T. This also includes the combat armor and helmet patches so you'll also need those.

Here it is if anyone wants it.
