Ridiculous Load Times And Freq Crashing D:

I have recently began to get an issue with long load times and crashing every 10-20 minutes.

I've only recently reinstalled TTW but I played for a good 6 hours two days ago without a single crash or bad load. Now I crash all the time and it takes ages to load the game and load when fast traveling...
