Sorry Knight, those are your options unless you can find the original author, entice another mod author to do fix it, or you will have to figure it out on your own. Personally, I like Enhanced Shaders but may go to RWLE ENB for TTW if/when xCAMO releases it or adjust RWLE for the current RWL or whatever.

The issues are in the weather settings. You'll either have to fix it yourself or switch to a weather mod that is compatible.
