I have to admit that I wasn't a big fan of her vanilla look.  There was, however, an alternate look file for her on the mod's website but it is not TTW compatible.


So, I downloaded the alternate look esp anyway, loaded both it and the TTW version supplied by enneract into FNVEdit, and copied over the facegen data for both the teen and adult versions.  Tested them out in-game and looks GREAT.


Uploading it here in case anyone wants the alternate look w/o the work - just replace the mod's original ESP with this one.

After playing with her for a bit, I've found a few bugs in her that made me stop.  Perhaps someone better than I with GECK can take a look at these for me:




  • Her 'wait here/dismissal' seemed to be broken.  Tried sending her to Rivet City or having her wait as I entered the simulator at Tranquility Lane but, sure enough, there she was in tranquility lane, still with me.  Same with Mothership Zeta


  • In Mothership Zeta, her aggro was VERY problematic.  She went too far, blowing the head off of the lady I was in the cell with, which glitched the whole DLC.  "Just unarm her first... ", you might suggest?  Nope - she punched her to death if unarmed.


Other than that, she was a pretty cool follower.

You could do what they did in Brisa Almodovar TTW Edition.


Put her in the empty cell next to the one you are sharing. Then once you escape from your cell, you can let her out. Hopefully by then the Somah will count as an ally.


Always bring a companion or two that is slower than you.
Because you don't need to out run a Deathclaw.
You just need to out run your companions (Just bring a lot of companions in case the Deathclaw is really hungry!).

Here is a new version of the alternate look esp, which has no wait, fire, follow bugs what so ever.

Update! Fixed the voice problem. The new esp is named tiesthatbind_4.esp. Amanda's voice files were in Sound\Voice in the TiesThatBind.esp folder. Renamed TiesThatBind.esp to tiesthatbind_4.esp and Amanda has her voice back.

I had no such voice issues, was it a specific line? or the whole lot?


*edit* i see the issue now, the site renamed the file since some with the same name already existed. Ill re-upload the file in a 7z archive to counter this..(see attached 7z file)


@ anyone who downloaded the esp with the _4 at the end, simply renaming the file to remove the _4 should resolve any issues related voices.

Is the attached file working? I am not sure if it is an issue with my computer or not but when I clicked on the file as shown in your comment, my window opened up what seems to be lots of data info which I am not sure what to do with. 


 


  Am I suppose to copy the info in let's text file or something? Semi Noob when it comes to modding my game.
