Slow loading startup times

I seem to have a very annoying problem. whenever i start up the game through NMM, it takes at least 7 to 9 minutes for the menu to load. ive tried disabling all the addons, re-installing FNVE, but nothing seems to work. im not very good, if at all, at modding or working with the GECK. can someone help me reduce the loading time?

First of all, why are you starting the game with NMM? Just start the game.

Most cool mods need nvse, so if you need it you need to use the nvse exe.

FNV is not LAA so if you have a computer with decent ram using FNV4GB loader is very nice. Google it or search on Nexus. It automatically enables nvse if you have it too.

Post your specs. Post your load order. Do not copy your load order into a post; attach it as a txt file.

Use a program like Speccy to get your computer specs. Regardless, you dont seem to have a very good computer. more than 5 minutes seems excessive, but you may not have run a defrag, or you have other programs running or any number of scenarios.

Mostly though, that cant seriously be your load order. You fo3 esm is not in the right place and you dont even have the TTW esm at all. Is that MZC even the converted version?
