NPC's somtimes eat invisible Iguana Sticks

Can't really say anything else besides the fact, that I sometimes see NPC's eating an invisible Iguana Stick.

Not sure if this is a TTW related bug (never seen that in vanilla FNV) or something else, but am interested to know where to begin searching for the cause of the problem.

I've seen it too, also in the pitt the slaves dig or weld with invisible shovels/welders. Still trying to figure out why.
