Vault 21 Problem

i was going inside Vault 21 to complete Niner's quest and do the Jonana quest maybe. when i ran into This Problem. 


anybody know what is this

what's your load order are you using the strip opened? I read on the nexus that that mod causes this exact issue.

i dont have the Stip opened. and here is my load order. as for Mods. i try this back in 2.4.1 with no mods and still got this i am afraid

Open up Tes5Edit and look for any mods that modify that particular cell.

I've had that happen in Zeta, Nuka cola plant, and one of the other Vaults in FO3 and in my case it was plugin overload like what TJ and them mentioned. The cell doesn't load properly. You can either remove the plugins or merge them until you get down to a level that works. (I personally merge because I don't like to give up stuff)

well first i cut my mods in half to see if that work. it didnt. then i try only the key Mods and niner only. it didnt work. finally i try all mods off and just the TTW stuff. still the same problem.


and by TTW stuff i mean just Fallout 3 New Vegas and TTW Plug. a total of 17 plugs

I'm going to assume you're disabling (unchecking) them in your mod manager. No, you actually have to uninstall them.
