Don't know if this has popped up before, though I have looked online a lot, and have found no Answer. The game won't start me in the Capital wasteland, which is quite annoying because I had played starting in NV for far too long, Please, Halp!

You need to make the .ini
You need to make the .ini changes that are in the install instructions on the Alpha Download page. there is also a mod by thermador that allows you to choose which wasteland you want to start in on the beginning of a new game.
