PN crippled limbs problem

So, I've been playing with TTW for a few days with pretty much no problems, but I just realized that with PN and hardcore mode on, whenever I sleep, it heals my crippled limbs, when only docters bags should be able to heal my limbs. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, cause I've looked at my load order, and I can't figure out what's causing this.

I looked at that, and the only thing I found sort of relating to that was the option that allowed food to replenish health, which it says is turned off. Is this just an issue with a part of PN being overwritten by the default fallout 3 settings?

Well, I moved Electro city

Well, I moved Electro city all the way bellow the 4 main PN .esm's, and the issue seems to be no more. Everything seems to be working as it should now.


EDIT: Well, it still heals my limbs if I sleep long enough to become well rested. Still not sure what's causing it.
