Does anyone know how I'd get Conelrad Civil Defense Radio working? I think because I'm using the NV version it wont show up in the capital wasteland, (haven't been to Nevada yet, will update when I do)

There is a FO3 version of Colelrad... http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/6104
Need to convert the mod though through the converter.
It was ported to Vegas ;)
I was wondering if there is a generalised way also to have it work in both Vegas and DC but only require one esp and not 2, lol

Sorry about dredging up an old thread, but I solved the problem.
Step one was to add Fallout3.esm and TaleofTwoWastelands.esm as masters. Not sure if I needed both, but I figured better safe than sorry. Then all I had to do was place a second activator in the DC wasteland and set the broadcast range to everywhere.
Just install the FNV version of the mod as normal and replace the .esp with the attached one. Enjoy!

That's the same one I edited.
That's the same one I edited. Wouldn't work in DC for me at first, but it worked fine after I went to the Mojave and returned to DC.
I found out today my fix isn't perfect either; Works in DC initially, but when I go to the Mojave I end up with a second CONELRAD in my pip-boy.

The problem appears to be the activator was set to be around Vault 11 while RACE was created as a Dummy and has not specific land mark to reference so that is available everywhere while you have to be closer to Vault 11 for Conelrad. The Unspeakable was on track by adding in another activator but it really just needs to be disassociated with v11.

An easier way to fix this is download the Fallout3 version, which is the same version as New Vegas' 1.2, and apply the TTW FO3 conversion script. It worked for me! The radio should also work in the Mojave just like Fallout New Vegas's version of Conelrad works in the Capital Wasteland unless there is some other conflict or bug.
