Having Problem Recompiling a script

Post by s0mbo » Mon Apr 25, 2016 9:22 am

I'm trying to recompile the scripts in AQFH 3, and I can't get one of the scripts to save. It says invalid begin/end on line 10. The issue is an else command. Can someone help me rewrite the script so it will still function and can save?

Here is the script

Scn HV3PmL4PhaserCore01SCRIPT

Begin OnLoad

;If HV3PmL4Phaser01CtrlRef.Getdisabled == 0 ; commented out missing REF

                HV3PmL4PhCore01Ref.Playgroup forward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore02Ref.Playgroup forward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore03Ref.Playgroup forward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore04Ref.Playgroup forward 1

Else

                HV3PmL4PhCore01Ref.Playgroup backward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore02Ref.Playgroup backward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore03Ref.Playgroup forward 1

                HV3PmL4PhCore04Ref.Playgroup forward 1

Endif

End

Any help would be appreciated

Edited because I wrote the script wrong initially

;If HV3PmL4Phaser01CtrlRef

;If HV3PmL4Phaser01CtrlRef.Getdisabled == 0 ; commented out missing REF

This line is the problem. If you comment it, the whole block IF / ELSE / ENDIF will return in error.

Your best deal to correct the whole issue is finding our the missing REF, since the whole event depends by it.

Yeah, you need to:

Yeah, you need to:

  • replace the ref with an appropriate substitue

  • remark out the portion of the 'if tree' that is least important

  • just remark it all out

Pick the one that fits best. I don't recognize the ref at all so I don't know how important it is to what you're doing.
