I'm happy to report that I was able to convert McMurty's Lawbringer Bounties using the TTW conversion kit from here.
This is a mod that allows you to collect 1000 cap bounties on some of the worst individuals the Capital Wasteland has to offer, once you have the lawbringer perk. Each one will drop a special item you turn into Sonora as proof you took them out. You don't need the perk to kill them and get their item, but you do need it to collect the bounty, and it has to be your kill. For instance, the first time I walk into Moriarity's I can blow away Mister Burke and get his "SOB" glasses, and hold onto them till I get to meet Sonora Cruz the first time. But if I went and got Lucas Simm's help, Burke might not have the glasses on him.
Aside from running the conversion script, there isn't anything else you have to do, except for one little detail: this is sort of an unannounced quest, and the main way to start it is to go into Springvale after you leave the vault. On the doorstep to the first house to the right are two dead Regulators. On them you will each find a Bounty Notice for Mister Burke, their dusters, and a single .32 caliber bullet. Next to one is a mint condition hunting rifle, and i think next to the other is a small revolver (I think I found it once). You might want to go into FNVedit and change that, it's up to you. Other Bounty Notices can be found in the mailbox outside Regulator HQ.
You can get the original here:

And of course I know I can't upload it, since I don't have permission from the mod's author, but I thought you might like to know you can easily convert it for your own personal use in the time it takes to go to the bathroom.

He means running the conversion script: https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/roy-batty-shows-you-how-convert-mod
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
