Nine years have passed- What mods shall I install?

Nine years have passed since I have returned to the Capital Wasteland. But that is, to be true, my home. There is nowhere else I should be. And now... I'm going home- Though I know it will have changed beyond recognition.

I'm looking for mods to add that modify the DC wasteland, to represent the lengthy period of time that has passed between Fallout 3 and New Vegas. As such- Any recommendations would be heartily enjoyed. I'm probably going to add a floral mod to the Wastes, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
