Thats autocorrect working its magic. No matter what comes up its FOMM that I'm using, nothing else. Now the screenshot I've sent is the contents of the data folder for my TTW PLR archive. Roy's .esm has replaced the original one in its exact location. Adding it manual doesn't help and through FOMM it says its installed correctly and my LO window refreshes as if a change has been made to it but its just not there.

The second picture on the right is my package manager for FOMM and you can see it activated properly at the bottom, but nothing in the LO on the left. I'm just as bamboozled as you guys are and I immensely appreciate the support. As I said before I might just have to wait till i get to PL to see if its changed anything

Check your:

Check your:

%localappdata%\FalloutNV\plugins.txt

and see if the plugin your wondering about is there. I'm pretty sure those versions of Beth games do one of two things:

1) if the plugin is in the data folder (installed) but NOT in the plugin.txt file, it doesn't get loaded into the game.

2) if the plugin is in the data folder AND is in the plugin.txt file, it gets loaded into the game.

Though... the game probably uses a CTD to tell the user the file is actually missing (declared in the plugins.txt file, but not really there).

SPECIAL NOTE: There are a few exceptions where the game, if nothing is present in the plugin.txt file will assume ONLY essential plugins get loaded (usually the primary esm file), BUT in the case of Skyrim SE, I'm pretty sure they ALL get loaded in, if the files are present in the data folder.

Forget FOMM package manager.

Forget FOMM package manager. Get the content from your first screenshot and toss it into your FNV Data folder, say yes to overwrite.

Go to FOMM and tick the mod .esm in load order. It is that simple.

I've already tried that once

I've already tried that once but just so I'm as spot on as possible, do I put just the contents of the PLR data folder into the NV one or entire PLR folder?

Your knowledge about file system structure seems so bad that may rival my own.

Hallelujah it worked. Got the in game message that it's installed.

Thanks for the help. Very strange problem, first time I've come across it but at least now I know how to fix it for future reference. Sorry for being such a scrub :P
