Okay guys, I'm working on a mod now. Super cereal right now. This is one that I've thought about ever since I heard about milking brahmin. In addition to bottling brahmin milk, I've taken a look at how VampireCosmonaut's original script works, and I've added the option to butcher brahmin, with over 20 different cuts of beef, divided into distinct categories based on their location on the cow. You need to gut the brahmin first, and retrieve whatever organs you want to use.
-
Gutting: Tongue and liver -
Chuck: Shortrib, blade and chuck -
Brisket: brisket -
Shank: shank steak -
Plate: skirt steak -
Flank: flank steak -
Round: Round steak, rump -
Sirloin: Sirloin, triangle (also known as tri-cut) -
Shortloin: Tenderloin, top loin, strip*, T-bone, Porterhouse and Filet Mignon -
Rib: Back rib, Long-end ribs, Short-end ribs**, ribeye
The quantity of each meat is based on real values - for example, there is up to 30 pounds of brisket on a single Brahmin, which you can cut up into 1-pound quantities and then later use in recipes. Additionally, strip, T-bone, Porterhouse and Filet Mignon are all cuts of the same meat, so they share the same pool. These are shared in a 20-8-10-12 ratio, meaning for instance if you cut a Porterhouse, that leaves you with 18 pieces of strip left, and equivalent values for other cuts.
I've also added in brahmin milk, which requires empty milk bottles you find throughout the wasteland in order to bottle. Brahmin milk increases strength temporarily, and it also removes some rads (as Moira Brown uses brahmin milk in her radiation treatment) and restores some water in hardcore mode. You can also pasteurize the milk on a campfire, which provides an additional +1 END bonus. Using a pressure cooker on a campfire with the milk also allows you to create various kinds of lore-friendly cheeses, like Fire Ant Pepper Jack, Cheddar, Rad Bleu, Jalapeno jack, and more. Also you can create Sugar Bomb cereal bars, like Vampire's original mod.
There's some more stuff I'd like to work into this, like maybe a modeler can create a dehydrator and meat grinder, which opens the way to jerky, sausages, ground chuck/round, etc.
For now though, here are some screenshots of my work:

* - New York Strip and Kansas City Strip are the same cuts of beef, so I named it simply "strip" in order to avoid confusion
** - also known as prime rib
