Hi, all. Just a quick question that I couldn't find an answer to. I saw in the FAQ that for Fo3 modding it's suggested to use the Fo3 GECK. Since everything gets ported into FoNV, does that apply to custom NPCs, too? Either companion or non-companion. Thanks!

EDIT: The same with structures? Housing for said NPCs.
