Custom Fo3 Companions

Hi, all.  Just a quick question that I couldn't find an answer to.  I saw in the FAQ that for Fo3 modding it's suggested to use the Fo3 GECK.  Since everything gets ported into FoNV, does that apply to custom NPCs, too?  Either companion or non-companion.  Thanks!

Okay.  So, create them, still, in Fo3 GECK, not FoNV Geck, then convert.

If you are making new companions, then use NV GECK to make them.

Excellent.  Thanks.  I know that FoNV GECK has more "abilities" than Fo3.

EDIT: The same with structures?  Housing for said NPCs.

Yes, everything should be done in the NV GECK because TTW is a mod for NV.
